Our new Dublin-based distributor ODIAOS FOODS have come up with a great concept to engage chefs and other customers with food producers. They have launched the Learning Lounge with an event this week in (privately owned) Fitzwilliam Square in Dublin.
Birgitta was one of about 20 food producers who got a chance to showcase all day long their products in marquees in the historic green square. About 700 chefs were invited to taste the different foods and take part in the Learning Lounge for which Birgitta was one of the speakers. She educated the listeners about the Irish salmon we use.
