On the one hand, stalls manned by local and artisan food producers had tastings ready for the (culinary) students and the wider public. On the other hand, a wide array of talks and demos ranging from how to cut meat to how to plan a business' social media presence were available.
Some of the Burren Ecotourism Network (BEN) members were present to present their wares and to talk to the visitors about the Food Trail and the Activity & Adventure Trail which want to be discovered.
