BIM grant for Burren SmokehouseThe Burren Smokehouse is delighted to report that it received a grant for the renewal of slicing processes and separation of food production areas under the Seafood Capital Investment Scheme from BIM (Bord Iascaigh na Mhara).

The scheme is co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Union, European Maritime & Fisheries Fund Operational Programme 2014-2020.

The scheme enables us to innovate the way we produce our smoked salmon in an efficient  way.
