Noble food pairing at Fortnum & Mason

102DSC00038-cropped-800px-150x150Just in time for Saint Patrick's Day, Birgitta had scheduled in another tasting day at Fortnum & Mason in Piccadilly, London. This time, she found something complementary to go with our salmon.

She paired up with a representative of Champagne Lanson who was giving out samples at the same time.

In a series of difficult self-experiments, they found that our organic smoked Irish salmon goes really well with the chamapgne, and subsequently passed this pairing on to the customers!
