Smoked Irish Salmon
We source our salmon fresh from organic farms on the Irish Atlantic coast where they spend a lifetime swimming in strong currents. This results in the healthiest and most delicious fish, with firm, muscular, lean flesh.
It has a very low salt content and a very high content in Omega-3 fatty acids (2.49 g per 100 g of salmon)!
We use two methods of smoking salmon. The Cold Smoking is the traditional Irish way of smoking salmon whereas hot smoking is the Scandinavian way. Hot Smoked Salmon is absolutely delicious with a drier, flakier texture.
