Smoked Irish Salmon

Chosen for its superior quality, we source our salmon fresh from organic farms on the Irish Atlantic coast where they spend a lifetime swimming in strong currents. This results in the healthiest and most delicious fish, with firm, muscular, lean flesh.

It has a very low salt content and a very high content in Omega-3 fatty acids (2.49g per 100g of salmon)!

Some of our salmon are fished seasonally and sustainably from the wild in Irish rivers so they’ll be there to enjoy for many generations to come.

We use two methods of smoking salmon – Cold Smoking and Hot smoking. The Cold Smoking is the traditional Irish way of smoking salmon whereas hot smoking is the Scandinavian way. Hot Smoked Salmon is absolutely delicious with a drier, flakier texture.
