Supper Club at Hatch & Sons

15Hatch-and-Sons-entrance-269x300Hatch & Sons were organising an evening with Birgitta Curtin of the Burren Smokehouse as part of their Supper Club on 18 March 2015.

First, a tasting of and discussion about Irish smoked salmon with Hatch founder Hugo Arnold, Birgitta and the guests was scheduled, and then the supper was served:

Poached chicken with cream and mushrooms
Salad of mixed leaves and spring herbs
Brownies and Armagnac cream.
