Niall Sabongi and our Burren Hot Smoked Salmon on national TV together!

TV3 Ireland AM Niall Sabongi Burren SmokehouseWe were chuffed when we learnt that Niall Sabongi from The Klaw Café in Dublin's Templebar would be doing a cookery demo on the Ireland AM show on TV3 using our Burren Hot Smoked Irish Organic Salmon.

The timing was great because it was just when the Burren Slow Food Festival kicked off, and of course Niall would mention it because the very next day, he was giving another cookery demo using oysters in Lisdoonvarna, at the festival.
