Some claim you have to grow up with the very particular sandwich culture of Ireland to appreciate some of the (favourite) choices of fillers. "The Irish Chef" Justin Moorehouse created this compilation of four options with are among the most popular choices. There are of course others, but these four give a good insight into the fun and imaginative culture of Irish "sambos".
