Kosher certificate
We have received the kosher certification from the London Beth Din Kashrut Division which certifies that our cold and hot smoked salmon, mackerel and trout are kosher.

Organic Certification by IOFGA
We are vetted annually by the Irish Organic Farmers and Growers Association for our Burren Organic Smoked Salmon.

Certification by the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority
Burren Smokehouse is approved by the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority (SFPA), an Official Agency of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland in accordance with the legal regulations. This approval applies to following species and activities:
1. Pelagic including mackerel, salmonids and eel
2. Chilled and frozen storage, drying and salting for consumption, gravadlax and smoking.

Origin Green
Burren Smokehouse achieved the standards set by Bord Bía's sustainability programme called Origin Green in summer of 2016.
