The Roadside Tavern in Lisdoonvarna is one of the oldest pubs in County Clare. It is also owned by the Curtin family and is over one hundred years old. Peter Curtin always gives a warm welcome to his customers.
The tavern is just down the road from the Burren Smokehouse, and well worth a visit for the music, the microbrewery beers and the food!
The Roadside Tavern is a popular place to experience Irish music by local musicians and during festival time in Lisdoonvarna, people from all over the world enjoy good food, drink, & craic there, or as we say it in Ireland, 'Craic agus Ceol'. Billy, the head barman and his crew make sure that everyone is relaxed and enjoying themselves.
